Job Description

A growing, nationally recognized full-service law firm is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, culture-driven environment with strong retention and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain billing records and ensure compliance with client guidelines
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies
  • Manage electronic billing submissions and reporting
  • Utilize legal billing software to generate and monitor invoices
  • Ensure adherence to firm policies and client billing requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of legal billing experience required
  • At least 1 year of Aderant Expert experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
